Departure and arrival time
Rooms will be available from 12 am on the day of the arrival and must be freed until 10 am on the day of departure.
In case of delayed departures you will pay for another day of stay. Only during the weekend and in advance you can book the room until 5pm, paying an extra charge of 50% of the room daily price.

Payment conditions
All payments are accepted.
Depost: Your booking will be confirmed by giving credit card number and expiration date or when receiving a deposit of 30% of the total amount due.
Payment: At the arrival you must pay the balance. The city tax must cash-only. Extras are paid separately at your departure.
Cancellations must be communicated until one week before the arrival. Otherwise you must pay the cost of a 30% of the total amount due.
In the event that the cancellation occurs within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the total amount due.
If the cancellation refund money for early departures, except for different agreements with the Direction.
At your arrival you are asked to pay the balance.
Credit card
You can confirm your booking by giving credit card number and expiration date.
We do not charge any costs on your credit card. You will pay the cost of the stay personally to the direction at your arrival.
Only in case of cancellation or missing arrival, we will charge you the cost of the deposit on your credit card.
Your credit card data have to be given only by phone or E-mail to our hotel to complete and grant your booking or for on demand services. The processing of personal data is in full compliance with existing Italian privacy laws (196/2003), and such data will not be transferred to third parties or disseminated.
